Sailing farther into folky seas, we find Dylan-Thomas Vance ("Bittersweet," Triple M Records). With his lissome, weathered delivery, ably plucked guitar and mournful harmonica, Vance tackles numbers by Bob Dylan and Robert Johnson. But it's his keen originals that are the real grabbers, particularly the feisty teenagers-in-love ballad "George & Sarah." We can always use another rambling man with a deep soul.
