Contrary to popular belief, BW is not anti-country music and this is the week of cowboys and country. Voted "Best Unsigned Blues Artist" by Cascade Blues Association, Dylan-Thomas Vance plays a unique style of lap-steel slide country blues. He's another of Portland's rising musicians raising eyebrows all over the country.
